INVENTORY & SALES SPECIALIST
The Inventory & Sales Specialist is a critical player on our growing team, leading inventory management, product production and product sales. This is a full-time position at our Hermitage, Tennessee warehouse location. A perk of working with us is that we are not customer facing; therefore, employees can wear workout clothes and casual wear every day. Preferred hours of 8:30a-4:30p; however, we are flexible if you need a different schedule. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in product inventory management, product logistics, product sales, business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in inventory management, logistics, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Developed interpersonal business relationship management skills and professional demeanor.
• Highly detailed oriented with excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• A natural leader with personal accountability.
• Be a self starter and able to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
DUTIES CONSIST OF BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Inventory management and logistics. Keeping track of inventory and ordering inventory. Analyzing inventory ordering processes and identifying areas for improvement, and ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Quoting new products and researching new manufacturing vendors.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, terms of agreements.
• Placing purchase orders with vendors and paying vendor invoices on time.
• Counting inventory received and delivering blank inventory to correct vendor along with picking up and dropping off orders with vendors.
• Compiling and analyzing monthly reports. Project future product sales and areas of growth with monthly reports and business history sales data.
• Work with Account Manager to ensure inventory is not understocked.
• Work with Owner to develop new sales strategies.
• Creating new product entries in our software system, Zoho.
• Oversee and organize annual inventory count.
• Be available to work and travel to 2 direct to consumer Christmas shows during the fall season. Availability will consist of nights and 2 weekends. Show dates will be given in advance. Be available to work any direct to consumer shows throughout the year that the business deems necessary.
• Be available to travel, 4-6 trips a year, and work wholesale trade shows including Atlanta, Dallas, and Vegas markets.
• When needed, help the team with everyday business tasks, including packing orders, especially during busy seasons.
• Contribute to collective team effort by accomplishing any other related tasks as assigned for the benefit of the business.
• Training new team members.

FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE
The Fulfillment Associate is a critical player in the every day operations and growth of the business. This position is key for the business to stay on schedule and deliver on time. This is a full time and/or part time position at our Hermitage, Tennessee shop location. A perk of working with us is that we are not customer facing; therefore, employees can wear workout clothes and casual wear every day. 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, minimum 8 hour work day for full time position with preferred hours of 8a-4p; however, we are flexible if you need a different schedule. Minimum of 16-24 hours/week for part time position. Hours and days are flexible. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

• Be able to take direction and follow through.
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.

• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Pack online and wholesale orders.
• Pull, count and tag products appropriately.
• Reviewing products for quality control along with counting inventory.
• Be available to work nights and 2 weekends for 2 Christmas shows during the Fall season. Show dates will be given in advance.
• Training new team members.
