FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE
The Fulfillment Associate is a critical player in the every day operations and growth of the business. This position is key for the business to stay on schedule and deliver on time. This is a full time and part time position at our Hermitage, Tennessee shop location. A perk of working with us is that we are not customer facing; therefore, employees can wear workout clothes and casual wear every day. 5 days a week, minimum 8 hour work day for full time position with preferred hours of 9a-5p; however, we are flexible if you need a different schedule. Minimum of 16-24 hours for part time position. Hours and days are flexible. We are looking to fill this position(s) immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 16 years of age for the part time position and 18 years of age for the full time position.
• Be able to take direction and follow through.
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Have an eye for detail, ability to numerically count quickly and correctly.
• Be respectful, kind and punctual.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
DUTIES CONSIST OF BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Pack online and wholesale orders.
• Pull, count and tag products appropriately.
• Reviewing products for quality control along with counting inventory.
• Be available to work direct to consumer shows throughout the year including weekends. Be available to work nights and 2 weekends for 2 Christmas shows during the Fall season. Show dates will be given in advance.
• Training new team members.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Account Manager is a critical player on our growing team, managing 1,000+ wholesale accounts along with maintaining and growing customer relationships. This is a full time position at our Hermitage, Tennessee shop location. A perk of working with us is that we are not customer facing; therefore, employees can wear workout clothes and casual wear every day. Preferred hours of 9a-5p; however, we are flexible if you need a different schedule. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

• Be a self starter and able to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
DUTIES CONSIST OF BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Manage and work with the Fulfillment Associates packing orders and to ensure all online and wholesale orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Create sales orders and invoices for wholesale orders. Work directly with customers and sales representatives to ensure all invoices are paid and up to date.
• Process wholesale orders by entering data into our inventory and invoicing system, Zoho, along with data entry into Monday.com.
• Manage and maintain excellent customer relations with wholesale accounts and with our sales representatives.
• Answer customer service calls and email inquiries.
• Keep track of and order shipping and office supplies on time when needed.
• Work with Product Manager to oversee online website inventory.
• Complete monthly commission statement reports along with other monthly invoice reports.
• Help implement new sale strategies.
• Assist with social media postings and content creation.
• Be available to work direct to consumer shows throughout the year including weekends. Be available to work nights and 2 weekends for 2 Christmas shows during the Fall season. Show dates will be given in advance.
• Be a self starter and able to carry out tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
• Training new team members.

PRODUCT SALES MANAGER
The Product Sales Manager is a critical player on our growing team, leading inventory management, product production and product sales. This is a full-time position at our Hermitage, Tennessee shop location. Preferred hours of 9a-5p; however, we are flexible if you need a different schedule. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

• Developed interpersonal business relationship management skills and professional demeanor.

• Be a self starter and able to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
DUTIES CONSIST OF BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering inventory.
• Quoting new products and researching new manufacturing vendors.
• Creating and maintaining high quality business relations with manufacturer vendors.
• Placing orders with vendors and paying vendor invoices.
• Compiling monthly reports.
• Work with Account Manager to oversee online website inventory.
• Creating new product entires in Zoho, Brandwise Transit and online website.
• Be available to work direct to consumer shows throughout the year including weekends. Be available to work nights and 2 weekends for 2 Christmas shows during the Fall season. Show dates will be given in advance.
• When available, help the team with everyday business tasks.
• Implement new sale strategies.
• Assist in packing orders especially during busy seasons.
• Training new team members.
