HOLIDAY FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

The Fulfillment Associate is a critical player in the every day operations and growth of the business. This position is key for the business to stay on schedule and deliver on time. This is a part time position at our Hermitage, Tennessee shop location. A perk of working with us is that we are not customer facing; therefore, employees can wear workout clothes and casual wear every day. Minimum of 16-24 hours/week for part time position. Hours and days are flexible. We are looking to fill this position immediately. This position would have the potential to stay on after the holiday season.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• A team player with a positive attitude.

• Willing to grow and adapt with a small and quickly growing business. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Be able to take direction and follow through.

• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Have an eye for detail, ability to numerically count quickly and correctly.

• Be respectful, kind and punctual.

• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

DUTIES CONSIST OF BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Pack online and wholesale orders. 

• Pull, count and tag products appropriately.

• Reviewing products for quality control along with counting inventory.

• Be available to work 1 weekend for local upcoming Christmas show - November 15th or 16th, 2025. Hours TBD. 

• Training new team members.
